Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule an appointment?
Simply call our clinic to schedule an appointment. Our number is (214) 382-3323.
How much weight will I lose, and how fast?
Individual results vary based on several personal factors. On average, we have seen a loss of 1-2 pounds per-week after being in the program for 1 month.
How much does it cost to join and start the program?
There are no startup costs, or membership-fees to join the program. The cost of the program is the cost of a regular doctor’s office visit. These visits are usually covered under your insurance. If you do not have insurance, there is a self-pay option.
Does the program have remote or virtual options like Tele-visits?
No. The program cannot be remote. You will need to come into our office for your visits. We have found that in-person office visits garner the best results.
Do I have to work out on the program?
Working out and exercising is not required but is always recommend to maintain good health and weight loss.
Do I have to get rid of all of my regular doctors when I join the program?
No, you do not have to change physicians, we encourage you to keep all your normal doctors. We are an Internal Medicine practice (Addison Internal Medicine), so we can work with your current doctors to adjust all of your medications as necessary during the course of your lifestyle change.
Do you sell supplements in your clinic? Can I purchase them during my visits?
We do not sell any supplements. Any supplements used in the program are at the patients’ will.
Do I need to have bloodwork and labs done before joining the program?
We have a recommended bloodwork panel at the initial start of the program. We recommend doing this specific panel every 4 months to monitor your internal progress along with your external weight loss.
Is my bloodwork covered by health insurance if I choose to have this done?
Bloodwork is usually covered by your health insurance provider.
