DietMD® 12-Week Weight Loss Program

Our visits are billed as general physician visits, just pay your usual co-pay, and you will meet both one-on-one with either a physician or physician’s assistant AND a registered dietitian to discuss the 12 Week Weight Loss Program. Having a separate primary care physician is no issue, and we frequently co-manage our patients with other doctors.

The DietMD® Structure

The structure of the program is as follows:

  • Initial Visit
  • 2 Week Follow Up
  • 4 Week Follow Up
  • 8 Week Follow Up
  • 12 Week Follow Up
  • 1 to 2-month follow-ups as needed

What kind of food will I eat?

We want you to eat REAL FOOD, which is tailored specifically for you. No expensive supplements or other hidden costs.

Do you track calories?

We DO NOT track calories or portions. However, a food photo diary is essential to reach the full potential of the program.

Can I expect to see weight loss?

Our patients typically see on average around 1-2 lbs of weight loss per week and around 8-12 lbs per month. Some patients have lost 100+ lbs in under 10 months.

Do you integrate lab work?

We perform lab work every 4 months to monitor the improvements made in your internal health as well.

Do you accept televisits?

**Televisits can be an option after the initial first 3 in-office visits.
