Ingredients

  • 200g frozen berries/fruit of choice

  • 2 tbsp swerve confectioners sweetener

  • 50g pasteurized liquid egg whites

  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

  • 1 scoop whey protein

Directions

  1. Microwave frozen strawberries for 60 seconds.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mash.

  3. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat for 5-10 minutes until fluffy.
