Low-Carb & Gluten-Free Blondie Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

  • 1 cup golden monk fruit sweetener/brown sugar stevia

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  •  1/2 cup stevia chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set it aside for your baking masterpiece.

  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: Combine almond flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix them well to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.

  3. Prepare the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together golden monk fruit sweetener, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Keep whisking until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

  4. Combine Wet and Dry: Now, combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix them until just combined, creating a luscious batter.

  5. Add Chocolatey Goodness: Fold in the keto chocolate chips and stevia chocolate chips using a rubber spatula. Customize it with your favorite mix-ins for an extra layer of indulgence.
