Brownie Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Lily’s Stevia Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup allulose
three large eggs
Peanut Butter Frosting Ingredients
2/3 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners stevia/monk fruit
1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose in a mixing bowl. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
Melt the butter with half of Lily’s Stevia Chocolate Chips in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and glossy.
In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until slightly frothy and well combined.
Slowly pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the beaten eggs while continuing to mix.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a thick, glossy brownie batter forms. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes clean.
Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Peanut Butter Frosting
Combine the no-sugar-added peanut butter, powdered sweetener, and softened butter in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Once the brownies are completely cooled, evenly spread the peanut butter frosting over the top.
Cut the brownies into squares and serve.
