Takes very little cooking skill and is ready in under an hour!
Dutch Oven Garlic Lemon Chicken
Ingredients
Bone-in chicken (cut of choice)
1 medium onion
2 to 4 cups chicken broth
1 cup baby carrots
1 medium lemon, sliced
1 to 2 Tsp minced garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Set out chicken and allow to thaw for 20 to 30 minutes. Season generously with seasoning of choice.
Sear chicken on each side 3 to 4 minutes in a medium-high heated and oiled Dutch oven.
Add onion and garlic, and brown until fragrant.
Add in broth and lemon slices. Place in oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
This turned out wonderful! Quick with loads of flavor!
