Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3 Tbsp powdered swerve/stevia

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Lily's baking chips

  • 1/8 Tsp baking soda

  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract

Directions


  1. Mix your ingredients together, roll in to cookie sized balls

  2. Place on parchment covered baking sheet

  3. Bake 325 F 8-14 minutes (I pulled around 12 min)

Only about 120 kcal per cookie (I made 6 decently big cookies with 12g Carbs (most is stevia/erithrytol or fiber)
