INGREDIENTS
4 medium-sized pork chops (2.5 lbs)
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp sugar-free honey or syrup
1 ½ tbsp sugar alternative
3 tbsp lemongrass, minced
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 whole onion, minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1. Add all ingredients to a Ziploc bag and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes or overnight for the best flavor.
2. Roast pork chops at 400F for 20-25 min depending on thickness, flipping halfway through.
3. You can finish pork chops under the broiler to develop more color and crust. Serve with your favorite low-carb veggies like our Air-Fried Spicy Green Beans or broccolini with yuzu dressing.
